White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) is a traditional style of white tea originating from China. Our White Peony is picked in late April and carefully crafted from a mix of light and dark green leaves and silvery buds. White Peony has a fresh bamboo aroma, a full-bodied mouth feel and a lightly sweet flavor with notes of melon, grape and honey. Use 1 tbsp. per 6 oz. cup. Heat water until steaming (180º F). Let steep 3-4 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
