Yunnan has been a tea-producing region for over 1,700 years and the tea plant is thought to have originated in the area. Known as "Jin Ya" in China, this is a rare Yunnan tea that is fully handmade exclusively from the tender buds of the tea plant, picked in early spring.
Yunnan Golden Buds produces a rich fragrance reminiscent of dark honey. The flavor is smooth with lingering notes of honey and spice and a sweet finish.

Brewing Guide
Use 3 g (1 tbsp) per 6 oz (175ml) of water. Heat water to 200º F. Let steep 3-5 minutes. Adjust amount of leaf, brewing time and water temperature according to your personal preference.
