Lu Shan Cloud & Mist (Lu Shan Yun Wu) is a renowned “cloud” green tea that is grown in the picturesque Lu Mountains of Jiangxi Province. The dry leaf consists of small, dark green curly leaves that produce an enticing aroma of roasted vegetables. When brewed, Lu Shan Cloud & Mist offers a distinctly smooth and vegetal flavor with a wildflower aroma, light sweetness and notes of toasted almond. Our 2025 harvest is handmade by the Hu family. Lu Shan (Mount Lu) is a famous mountain landscape in northern Jiangxi Province. Teas grown in this area are from high altitude mountains that are covered in thick clouds and mist many days of the year. This cloud cover provides natural shading for the tea plants, which results in slower leaf growth and a sweeter, more concentrated flavor profile.

Brewing Guide
Use 3 g (2 tsp.) per 6 oz (175ml) of water. Heat water to 185º F. Let steep 3 minutes. Green teas can usually yield 3-4 infusions. Adjust amount of leaf, brewing time and water temperature according to your personal preference.
