Dragon Well (Long Jing) green tea is considered one of China's 10 famous teas. Our Dragon Well Reserve Grade is a top-grade Dragon Well tea that is handcrafted by a tea artisan in Zhejiang Province who specializes in Dragon Well tea. Harvested in mid April, only a single bud and one leaf is picked, a style that is known as Qi Chiang or Flagged Spear. A meticulous pan-firing and rolling results in uniformly shaped flat, jade-green leaves with a soft aroma of fresh meadows. The taste is smooth and rounded with a hint of chestnut and a sweet finish.

Use 1 tsp. per 6 oz. cup. Heat water until steaming (160 - 170º F). Let steep 2-3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
