This unique black tea from the Wuyi mountains is made by drying the tea leaves over fresh pine logs, imparting a smoky flavor. Our selection is rich and hearty and not overly smoky. It has a light malty flavor, reminiscent of baked bread and pairs well with spicy food and cheese.
Origin: China, Fujian Province, Wuyi Mountains
Use 1 tsp. per 6 oz. cup. Heat water to boiling. Let steep 3-4 minutes.
