Known as the "Burgundy" of black teas, our Keemun is skillfully made, with an abundance of buds and tips. The flavor is mellow and balanced with some smokiness and notes of roasted sugarcane, orchids, cocoa and red wine. Makes a very elegant afternoon or evening tea.

Harvest Season: Spring 2019
Use 1 tsp. per 6 oz. cup. Heat water to boiling. Let steep 4 - 5 minutes.
