This Chinese teacup set is specially suited for serving tea gongfu style. The set includes one aroma cup and one tasting cup. The aroma cup is the taller one and is where the host initially pours the tea. The guest then pours the tea into the tasting cup and smells from the empty aroma cup. The aroma in the aroma cup smells different from the aroma in the tasting cup and changes subtly as the cup cools. The guest then drinks from the tasting cup.
